History of Said Na'um Waqaf Foundation
The Said Na'um Waqaf Foundation is the waqf of Sheikh Said Bin Salim Na'um as stated in decree no. 17 of the Governor General of the Dutch East Indies on 21 April 1844 in Batavia (Jakarta).
To continue the good intentions of the waqf giver, the management took policy steps by giving the name of the said na'um waqaf foundation on November 19, 1975, by deed no. 83 notary H. Zawir simon SH by focusing on education, social and da'wah. In 1977 the Said Na'um Islamic school was established from the elementary, middle and high school levels and was supported by mosque facilities.
